A quick explanation of 3 different ways to visualize the fourth mode of the melodic minor scale; Lydian Dominant. This is one of my go to scales when looking to sound a bit more fusion-like when playing over dominant chords.
It's one of the first modes I started studying when working with the Melodic Minor scale and I it has been one of my favorite scales ever since.
